At any moment, I found myself in a whirlwind, fast and uncontrollable that allowed me not only to know many people (some of which are also important) but at the same time get involved in an individual and specific . During my work I realized that innovation is born from the curiosity and creativity of a few who, through innovative solutions redefine the mass market products and services and aim to create reports with user / consumer-based on a new emotion, sharing concrete and interactivity.
I found as the innovative and unconventional marketing can be the right solution for small businesses, whose budget is not large, they are able to communicate effectively. In addition, the Web provides considerable advantages of accessibility features of an extended network technology on a global scale with the benefits of interactivity and communication that can take advantage of various means to make the viewing experience to an interactive and innovative. In conclusion I would say as my internship was unique learning experience that can catapult into the world of work in an instant. I feel satisfied with my experience as an intern: I got to know what procedures must be observed in organizing an event and I learned to manage contacts with sponsors, suppliers, customers and press. My business mentor, Ria De Jacopo, has proved very helpful and patient, but I was also granted wide autonomy. Thanks to the presence in the office of Dr. Samuel Tronci , I've also learned certain concepts inherent to the travel agent. The organizational challenges have arisen during the journey, were useful in teaching problem solving to address situations and above all they showed me not only what you must do in exercising the profession of Event Organizer , but most importantly, what not to do.

MY EXPERIENCE OF A FESTIVAL INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION In the Office
I chose to participate in this experience just because it allowed me to be part of an organization not in staff marginally, but as a real resource to be exploited for the success of the event, and because it allowed me to see in all its stages from birth until the close, a festival of this kind.
When I first arrived, I was excited because I had never had an experience like this, but I am grateful to Louise, our responsibility for not having taken it for granted that the interns were already competent in this field, and I am grateful for not vice versa relegated us to do tasks marginal and useless as inexperienced interns.
I understand that the work of the organization of an event is multifaceted and covers a wide variety of areas, and especially can not be a success of the festival if not working with a team, with a collaborative spirit.
The tasks I performed were mainly: the preparation of promotional materials for the public and material information about the festival, keep in touch with the companies of the festival guests and what are the bureaucratic procedures necessary for their stay; help of ' Accreditation Office, the organization of the requirements of companies in the dressing room and for the show, preparing the pass for companies and staff, and was also one of the referents of some companies.
There were moments of discomfort, but I learned a lot thanks to leaders who have guided us in this experience and thanks to the various tasks that I have done, although I know it is still much to learn and many experiences yet to be addressed.

THE STAGE: AN EXPERIENCE OF LIFE. The best gift
The second event is the National Day of Trekking Urban ( http://www.trekkingurbano.info/index.html ). This took place on October 31 and includes a walk in the old town, following the themes proposed by the Tourism Department of the City of Siena, promoter and creator of the initiative. This year the theme was "The Five Senses " office has it's own route called " See, touch, feel, taste ... Giostra del Saracino". The route starts from the Tourist Reception Centre "Welcome to Arezzo " and went to the home of music, where you could listen to the music of the Giostra del Saracino. The third event was the Festival of Tuscany . Every year is hosted by a different capital of the province, following the alphabetical order. Then the party returns after 10 years in Arezzo. This is was certainly the most difficult and complex organization. In fact they arrived in 3000 included representatives of many of the pageants that take place in our region. They were guests of the Business and Convention Center, where they had the space reserved for them and changing facilities. Added to these are the set of events Arezzo coming by themselves. They had been assigned a city car park and a gym where you can change. Was expected to parade through the downtown streets with a double departure, the two processions met at Piazza Grande, where a speaker proclaimed the various groups, reading a short presentation. From the beginning we thought of a plan B, in case of bad weather. Unlike other previous work experience, in the office I had an important role, in fact, I have been entrusted the job, internal organizational location, important. The third event was the Festival of Tuscany . This event, held Nov. 28, was set up by the Region of Tuscany in 2000, to commemorate the abolition of the death penalty by Peter Leopold of Lorraine, in 1786. Every year is hosted by a different capital of the province, following the alphabetical order. Then the party returns after 10 years in Arezzo. This is was certainly the most difficult and complex organization. In fact they arrived in 3000 included representatives of many of the pageants that take place in our region. They were guests of the Business and Convention Center, where they had the space reserved for them and changing facilities. Added to these are the set of events Arezzo coming by themselves. They had been assigned a city car park and a gym where you can change. Was expected to parade through the downtown streets with a double departure, the two processions met at Piazza Grande, where a speaker proclaimed the various groups, reading a short presentation. From the beginning we thought of a plan B, in case of bad weather. Unfortunately, the worst case scenario has come true, because there is no fault of the bad weather was the big parade, but only one award of the groups, represented by two characters, in the Great Hall of the Province of Arezzo.
Another phase of my internship was the establishment of a stand to the ' Agri & Tour, "an exhibition of Agriculture and Tourism, which takes place every year in Arezzo, in mid-November. The booth focused on our key main event: the Saracen Joust. Last
commitment, not for time or order of importance, was the direct collaboration, especially on my part, with two crew of the television program Clear Variable , which goes on Rai. The service was entirely centered on the city of Arezzo, on the occasion of Vasari, but it was also a promotion for the Giostra del Saracino. In conclusion, this stage has been interesting learning experience, where I found myself within the Administration. In addition to having acquired new skills and abilities I had, also, the proof of the fact that, unlike common opinion, within this office, we deal with many events, scheduling and sudden. In addition, city employees with whom I worked are people who love their job and do it well beyond the time set for public offices.
