the beginning of my internship at a small communication companies and events of the Chiana Valley, JWR Major Events (> http://www.jwr.it /), I never thought I could live so many experiences.
It is true that we must not stop the appearance of things but always go deeper. At any moment, I found myself in a whirlwind, fast and uncontrollable that allowed me not only to know many people (some of which are also important) but at the same time get involved in an individual and specific . This was achieved by combining two experiences in one: the one with the portal NewFootballTalent and one as an assistant to the Director sales and marketing. Behind
live this reality, however, many other realities that somehow implement, facilitate and make it unique in my work. One such reality is called Esimple Studios (> http://www.esimplestudios.com/it /): Arezzo company that develops innovative web solutions ranging from field web / graphics up to the real time 3D , augmented reality and innovative Web Marketing. Collaboration with the latter was born my interest in this specific area of \u200b\u200bmarketing. A marketing that builds and spreads primarily via the Web
Hence the idea to present, with the my thesis, a new face of marketing, innovative marketing that to be effective uses of new technologies, Web 2.0 and its platforms. The innovative marketing can be a winning solution, applied to different areas, because they communicate differently with its recipient by means of media, often at low cost but capable of striking deep in emotion and sense of belonging and sharing. Finally, not least in importance and directly connected to it, I wanted to present the Portal NewFootballTalent (> http://www.newfootballtalent.com/it ). A portal designed by the players S Ergi Brio, Francesco Graziani, Giancarlo Antognoni and Betty Vignotto .
a video community dedicated to the practitioners of calcium, a site to find the best sporting talent and a showcase for amateur clubs that want to promote or search for samples. The portal is an innovative and engaging, exciting for any young person who wants to show off their skills. Every athlete has a personal page dedicated to it where to upload their videos, add text and display pictures, interact with others and participate in various events organized by the staff and selection. The portal has, however, still needs much work. After a first public beta stage and a successful promotional event has occurred during the down which we are still trying to trace, working through actions at the web, advertising, events and public relations. In my case study
I would not expressly speak only as of the positive aspects and everything worked perfectly. I have therefore preferred to emerge, where there were, the critical and "small" actions taken to resolve them.
During my work I realized that innovation is born from the curiosity and creativity of a few who, through innovative solutions redefine the mass market products and services and aim to create reports with user / consumer-based on a new emotion, sharing concrete and interactivity.
I found as the innovative and unconventional marketing can be the right solution for small businesses, whose budget is not large, they are able to communicate effectively. In addition, the Web provides considerable advantages of accessibility features of an extended network technology on a global scale with the benefits of interactivity and communication that can take advantage of various means to make the viewing experience to an interactive and innovative. In conclusion I would say as my internship was unique learning experience that can catapult into the world of work in an instant. In a world where nothing is taken for granted, where sometimes the weather is hectic and be the first help in the success of an initiative and where things have to earn it with good interpersonal skills, a good insight and maybe, who knows, even luck.
I have to thank my Director of Sales and Marketing, and all its magnificent Staff, who believed in me from the beginning, "urging them" to do even better, to exceed my limits, my anxieties and a sense of "inadequate" to new challenges.
